Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining financial records of a company's customers. Main duties include processing invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Must possess strong attention to detail, as accuracy in recording financial transactions is crucial. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively resolving customer inquiries and maintaining positive relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for identifying and resolving discrepancies and delinquent accounts. Proficiency in accounting software and knowledge of basic accounting principles are also important for this role (1-3 year minimum of experience required).

  • Responsible for managing and processing the payment of company expenses and invoices. Main duties include verifying and reconciling invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Attention to detail is crucial for accurately recording financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation. Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing a high volume of invoices and prioritizing payments. Effective communication skills are important for communicating with vendors and resolving any payment-related issues. Proficiency in accounting software and knowledge of basic accounting principles are also essential for this role (1-3 years minimum of experience required).

  • Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of incoming material handling equipment that is sent to the shop. Main duties include troubleshooting mechanical issues, routine maintenance, and making the necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety before returning the unit to the customer. Good communication, strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are all essential for this role. (1-3 years minimum of experience required on Internal Combustion and Electric forklifts repairs).

  • Provides on-site repair and maintenance services for forklifts and other material handling equipment. Respond to service calls and travel to customer locations to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Perform repairs and conduct routine maintenance to ensure the equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for quickly identifying and resolving technical issues while working independently. Good communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service. (1-3 years minimum of experience required on Internal Combustion and Electric forklifts repairs).

  • Responsible for managing and organizing the inventory of parts and components in a warehouse. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Conducts tracking of inventory levels, regular audits, and reorder parts as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. Attention to detail is crucial for accurately recording and categorizing parts, as well as for conducting inventory counts and reconciliations. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to maintain an orderly and efficient inventory system. Additionally, computer proficiency is important for using inventory management software. (1-3 year minimum of experience required).

  • Manages sales activities in a specific geographic area to achieve company targets. Responsible for building relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing sales revenue. Essential skills for this role include strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, excellent problem-solving skills, a results-driven mindset, and the capability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
